What is this Workshop about? ~

In this online workshop, I will guide you step-by-step on a creative journey into your past.

Together, we will explore and enjoy paint and other mixed media to express what is known, what is hidden and what is yet to be revealed to us.

This is a very nurturing and gentle process that will help you integrate a painful part of your past into a new, more healed you.

Slowly integrating the muck, the messiness of life and life experiences, into an honoured and loved, stylised portrait of you.

Once finished, you will be invited to join the private Facebook group
