Hi everyone!
I tried to keep today’s vlog brief (reasonable at 12 minutes I think!).
Today, I reflect on the concept or idea of choosing the good thoughts…the positive one’s that feel good to feel. Sitting in those emotions, letting them envelope us and choosing to extend out the time that we feel a certain way. The idea being that we connect the positive emotion and feeling with conscious thought and intention; thereby consciously choosing for those feelings to be invited back into our way of being, again and again. A little bit of gratitude, feeling and thought, to help us consciously choose the same experiences to be attracted into our lives at a later date.
Sounds good doesn’t it!? I’ll have a bit of what she’s having! 🙂
