VLOG Challenge ~ Day 15 ~ feeling like giving up : best version of yourself mantra
I haven’t got a lot to say today. A very busy day with patients and running around, so have only just sneaked this recording in. Kind of felt like pulling the pin on the vlog-every-day-in-Feb thing, as it’s SO time consuming; but I don’t like to quit…so I am hanging in there!
In today’s brief, 2+ minute vlog, I share with you something I just saw over on Finer Minds on Facebook, earlier today. By a lady named Lisa Nicols; she talks about a ‘Mantra for becoming the next best version of yourself’. <<< I thought that deserved some colour! 🙂
Lisa says that every day we should repeat the following:
* I have NOTHING TO HIDE! (said with forceful expression)
* I have NOTHING TO PROTECT! (said with forceful expression)
* I have NOTHING TO PROVE! (said with forceful expression)
* I have NOTHING TO DEFEND! (said with forceful expression)
LIVE IT!!
BE IT!!
JUST BE!!
I thought this was pretty powerful.
Will likely break it down further tomorrow and discuss it in my vlog 🙂
